Absolutely. Simply place your order online. When we receive the information in our store, we will contact your doctor to get the additional refill prescription. Back to Top
What if I need a family member to pick up my prescription?
No problem! You need not be present to pick up your prescription. If you have insurance, make sure that the person picking up your prescription has the insurance card with them so that they do not get charged full price for the prescription. We also offer delivery service, so if you can't come to us, we will come to you! Back to Top
Can I order new prescriptions online?
Not at this time. You will need to call or stop in with a new prescription. Once the prescription is in our database, we will be able to process any refills online. Back to Top
If I am going on vacation and need an extra supply of medications, can I order them online?
You will need to call us or come into the store. In order for us to refill a prescription early, we will need to override our system. We are happy to refill a prescription if you are going to be out of town and will need refills while you are gone. Back to Top
Will you take my insurance?
Austin's Pharmacy takes most prescription plans. We also accept medicare, medi-cal, workman's compensation, and AARP insurance. If you are unsure, please contact us regarding your particular insurance plan. Back to Top
